AGGRESSIVE GROWTH PORTFOLIO
In this type of fee-based Premier Asset Management (PAM) account, Puplava Financial Services, Inc. (PFS), in its capacity as a Registered Investment Advisor, and its investment advisor representatives (IARs) direct and manage specified client assets according to their research, investment style and management philosophy.
Primary emphasis on achieving aggressive growth and maximum capital appreciation; generally little focus on generation of current income. Focus on aggressive equities and/or aggressive fixed-income instruments. Low to high exposure to interest rate risk; high to extremely high exposure to market risk. Exposure to foreign risk and/or currency risk highly likely.

- Initial investment minimum $100,000
- Annual account management fee 1.5%, advance-billed quarterly
- Minimum investment time horizon of two years (early termination fee applies)
- Transaction costs charged in addition to management fees (contact us for a schedule of fees)
- IAR does not participate in commissions from the purchase or sale of equities
- IAR has discretion over all trading
- Portfolio holdings typically will be in higher-risk companies of all market capitalizations that are experiencing accelerating sales and earnings, although more of a focus will be given to small-cap and micro-cap situations.
- This portfolio is likely to contain "penny stocks" (i.e. "low price securities") which involve unique risks.
